ProCvLab Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a recruitment management module that enables companies to digitally manage their job posting creation, application collection, and candidate evaluation processes. You can manage job postings across draft, active, paused, and closed statuses, and automatically evaluate incoming applications with the ATS scoring system. Application statuses (applied, reviewing, interview, rejected, hired) are tracked from a single dashboard. Proactive candidate sourcing is also possible through CV Pool integration.

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is software that enables you to digitally manage all stages of the recruitment process. It brings job posting creation, application collection, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions together on a single centralised platform.

Applicant Tracking System FAQ

What is ATS and why should I use it?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software that enables you to digitally manage your recruitment process. It allows you to manage job postings, applications, and candidates from a single platform, offering a much faster and more organised hiring experience compared to manual processes.
How many job postings can I create?
The number of postings is determined by the job posting credits included in your plan. Each published posting uses 1 credit. You can create as many postings as your plan allows.
Can I customise application statuses?
ProCvLab ATS offers a standard status workflow: Applied, Reviewing, Interview, Rejected, Hired. These statuses cover all stages of the recruitment process.
How does ATS scoring work?
The ATS scoring system calculates a compatibility score by comparing the candidate profile against job requirements. Criteria such as skill matching, experience level, and education level are evaluated.
Can candidates from the CV Pool be transferred to ATS?
The CV Pool and ATS work in an integrated manner. You can match candidates you find suitable in the CV Pool with your job postings.
What happens to applications when a posting is closed?
When a posting is closed, existing applications are preserved and remain accessible. No new applications are accepted, but you can continue evaluating existing ones.
Is a minimum plan required for ATS?
ATS features require an active subscription. You can try basic ATS features with the free starter plan.
Are there recruitment reports?
You can view key statistics from the company dashboard: total posting count, application count, applications per posting ratio, and hiring conversion rates.
